It looks like the Warchanter tier 5 ability does not grant a benefit when you have the overwhelming critical feat. (EAGA base damage approx. 60-80, crits in the area of 250 - 330 )
Has anyone without the OC feat tested if the additional crit multiplier is working? Is it intended that it won't stack with OC?
