Dex for Celestia

Change Celestia so it uses STR or DEX for attack and damage.

This will allow Dex Ninjas to use it effectively, as it isn't a piercing or slashing weapon.

Have you tested it? The only reason I ask is that doesn't it use ic: pierce as a ss? Yes it doesn't do pierce dmg but with that for ic it might work similar but I'm unsure.

Counterpoint: why would a ninja use a weapon made of pure light? Its not very stealthy or ninjaesque
