Somebody should start a new build index on the DDO wiki; the existing builds are so outdated, they've got moss growing on them.

I am not sure that adding this to the Wiki is a great idea. I started to pull the information down to try to Wiki-fy it, but a lot of the builds are out of date now due to mechanics changes (Armor Up!, Melee Power, SWF & combat style rebalancing) or class changes (mainly Paladin & Barbarian, since most of the posted Bard builds are post-SB). I recognize quite a few builds on the list that have been "orphaned" by their creators in the light of some of those changes. Even when builds are still valid they tend to shift a bit as people play and refine them. I wonder if that makes them a bit inappropriate for the Wiki, since I think of it as a place to go to for accurate information, not for ideas that may become obsolete.
It would be a better resource than the current terribly outdated pre-U19 Builds for New Players section but I think it would still be inaccurate and confusing.

Sunlord
Concept: Use the power of Light to turn your opponents to dust! This build involves using Light base spells (many of them Spell Like Abilities) with high crit chances to burst enemies. This build focuses on mixing levels with Cleric Divine Disciple enhancements with Angel of Vengance enhancements. The Light spellpower and Light Critical enhancement stack together. Divine Disciple grants the player some powerful SLA (and access to the Sun Bolt spell).
Class Distribution: 14 Favored Soul, 6 Cleric (best used with Morning Lord; +30 Light Spellpower); becomes feasible right away
Enhancement/Item Focus: Light Spellpower, Light Spell Critical, Healing (if you off heal), durability, Damage Caster Metamagics.
Is there a build similar to this one, but with splash monk and/or warlock? I like to keep my handwrap build with monk if at all possible.
This thread is obsolete; OP hasn't updated it in two years, unfortunately. Recommend ED37's Build Repository instead; or try asking in the Request a Build thread.
