I just set up a basic FF league for my guild and I've been considering doing a DDO league as well...

Would like to gauge interest and see if we have enough here on Thelanis.

Basic Overview.

It will Be a Yahoo Fantasy League.

16Teams MAX, with 12 teams prefered.

250k Plat Buy In. (I will create a Dedicated Mule to hold the funds)
10kplat Plat per Transaction if you go over 16(One a week). 26 MAX Transactions! Must PREPAY for those 10 Transactions and will get Refunded if you dont use them.

(Bottom Line. 350k Buy in really)

We will shoot for a LIVE online draft, but Yahoo WILL run autopick for you if you cannot make the draft date.

Points Based Head to head league. Team Defenses. QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R/T, K, DEF, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN

If we get 16 well go three week/6team Playoffs 12 will be 2 week/4 team Week 16 Will Be finals! (No action week 17 due to many teams "resting" for their playoffs)

Back on topic. 3 Confirmed so far. Just want to make sure we can fill the leage before I take any fees or start the league up. also want to make sure we fill quickly so we can schedule the draft a week out. Make sure people have time to make arrangements.

we have a lot of commercials. I'm glad you recognize that yor soccer players flop a lot....


Our superbowl is one game. the commercials are designed to draw people in who wouldnt not otherwise watch a 4 hour football game.

It works very well. THe football fans do watch it for the game. the non football fans watch it for the commercials.

I'm in for the league.

I've tried to watch what we Americans call soccer, and I can't find a hook. You know when reading a book you get hooked after 10 pages.

The sport is definitely more about athletic prowess, but I enjoy the advanced strategy and teamwork with Football.

Full disclosure, I am a Packer fan. Die Hard.
