Cant create an Iconic

When i tried to create an iconic character its said that is a premium feature, that i cant buy in the store because there is no page for it.
I think this should be adress as que quest packs are right now, so we can buy them with ddo store points ;D
at this point you can go throught all the creation proccess but at the end it will ask you to buy it, this only happens on shaddar kai and Sun elf.

As I recall, if you didn't buy the appropriate expansion pack, you have to have a dev manually give you access during a dev event. Seeing as it goes live next week I doubt they are going to put any effort into changing things at this point.

I am having the same problem with creating an iconic. The option is there to buy but when you go to buy it, the page don't exist. Also having the same problems with buying the transport to Eberron or Forgotten Relms on the character selection page.
