Maybe they haven't fully switched it into open beta mode yet and it doesn't think you should have access?

It's only marginally useful anyways when several devs posts don't even show up.

I still don't see despite seeing everything else Lama forum related and being able to access the tracker thorugh the link Garix posted...anyone else having this issue

Just to rule out something. Where are you looking for it? It's not at the top like the regular dev tracker or on the community page. You have to actually go to the forum list page and scroll down the list to the lammania section to find it.
