Yes it's possible. Probably won't be fast though.

And to clarify, there is no monk favor reward, but the TPs earned from favor can be used to purchase anything you get in the DDO store, once you have enough.

(I also recommend if you haven't already done so that you at least buy some points once, which unlocks premium status and gives a few perks like raising your currency limit to 4M, increasing character slots from 2 to 4, the ability to post more stuff to the AH, a longer idle timeout than freemium (tho not as much as VIP) and such).

Monks cost 995 TPs to unlock. If you do the 100-Favor Dash on all 8 servers, you will earn 1,000 TPs. So yes, you can unlock monk for free. Though I suggest waiting for the next time monks go on sale to save yourself a couple hundred TPs.
