New: Equiping any Handwrap with Holy/HolyBurst disables ToD Holy Burst procs. Doesn't matter if the wraps are random loor gen or crafted. HB proc stays de-activated unless ring is un-equiped and re-equiped.
Test:
Equip non-Holy/HB HW
Equip ToD ring w/HB.
Attack target
Observe HB proç
Equip Holy or HB of xxx HW's
ttack target
Observe single Holy or HB proc.
Swap to HW w/o Holy/HB
Attack target
Verify no HB proc.
Remove ToD ring.
Re-equip ToD ring
Attack target
Observe HB
Feels like the bug from ED's (specifically Summer Smoke) has mutated and now includes Holy/HB on HW. Didn't have an Elemental burst ring to test, bust suspect they're broke as well.
Tested with a 28 male Dwarf 20 Monk/8 Epic and a 25 Half-Elf female 13 Rogue/7 Monk/5 Epic
