..with your comment is that it is "Response to Turbine not meeting our expectations comment #3.". This is the same thing that 3.4% of all respondents in this forum say whenever Turbine does or fails to do something that goes against general expectation. In the 7+ years I have been playing this game, I can not recall a single instance when comment #3 has ever elicited anything close to the result that the respondent had been pining for.

Nah its in response to someone quoting me a little while ago. What im pointing out is simply this, for any business, keep your customers happy and you continue to profit, allow your customers to become irritated or angry and they look for more interesting avenues of doing the same thing. Expectation aside, there are still cost effective and simple methods of keeping the people who pay your wages happy, failure to do so may not stop people from coming to your business but it has a possibility of alienating the people who have been happy customers for some time to make them want to leave and find a place that is more enjoyable where they are taken care of better. Before you or anyone else decides to step up and say "if you dont like it then leave, we dont need you anyways", think of this, there are times of day (or night) generally accepted as being "dead" wouldnt it be nice to attract more players and keep the more skillful players to fill in those dead times instead of having people get fed up with irritable problems and leave I.E. massive lag, connectivity issues, trillions of bugs that are not taken care of or simply ignored, and many other issues. I generally support the staff and like the way they take care of my problems in game that i have but there are times when i get irritated just like anyone else, and during those times i want to step up on my soap box and be heard.
