If you are in a moderate to high level guild, you can get your supplies from the guild arcane vendor in House Kundarak...

Also Agrimor 'The Summoner' <Arcane Reagent Vendor - Levels 1-3> in The Marketplace Bazaar...

Also Dagoward's Apothecary (Reagent and Potion shop) in Harbor...

There are other places, but this should be enough to get you started.

Many spells have a material component, which means they require reagents to use. There are several reagent vendors in the Harbor, Marketplace, House Phiarlan, House Jorasco, and House Kundarak (for guilds only).
