70 seems goofy. I'd aim for lv 62. Got your resists and your +2 alters. Though all that really matters are the +30 resists for convenience.

I would be happy to find a guild with low level characters, seems everyone i have seen is running level 18+ and epics

When I came after my break I was looking for lvl 30 ship, just wanted for it to have a ship so I can teleport, now players want lvl 60+.
