Same situation here, I can go through the create process with any of the Iconics but get the the end and you can't purchase or create one.

I don't know, it wasn't in the email invitation. So why would they even invite you if you can't test all the features without pre-ordering?

No your TP on normal do not transfer to Lama. Go to the test dojo in market and find the points guy, you get free Lama only points every day or two to buy stuff there with.

You establish a separate TP account on Lam. Basically an NPC named Lord Poincelot gives you 2000 TP per day, so go track him down in order to buy stuff. FYI, the TP account lasts even through wipes.

Lord Poincelot may be found in the Test Dojo. He's also in the harbor: there's a rope bridge right by the airship teleporter - go to the far right of the bridge (on the side near the teleporter) and jump over the rope, then jump over the ledge and hug the right wall on your way down. You'll land on a ledge, turn around and Poincelot will be there.

After receiving Thursday's invite I can get in!

Will there be any more events, or am I out of luck about winning any prizes?

(If i had known there would be 3 events with prizes it might have helped me to decide to purchase sooner. I feel sad that I got an invite just in time for the 3rd event but wasn't able to log in during the event because of this server issue.)

We just applied a fix for this particular issue.

Just tried to log in and got a brand new error! Yay!



Anyone else get this one? If I'm the first one to get it I reserve all naming rights for it!

Edit: Seems I don't even have a .dat file in my preview folder. Tried to uninstall and now I'm getting a message of "This installation can only be uninstalled on 64-bit Windows.". I'm using 32-bit windows. Can't find it at all on the Add/Remove Programs list either. I really hate trying to "uninstall" something by dragging the folder to the trash, causes all sorts of problems. Anyone have any ideas?

Edit 2: Everything seems to go fine, enter password... yada yada, select world, launcher disappears, then I get that error.

Edit 3: Dropped the folder into the trash and currently re-installing the Lam client. Cross your fingers for me!
