    You have done what you're expected to do - provided feedback. It was positive feedback but knowing that the issue isn't happening to everyone is possibly important to eventually solving the issue.

    For the record I'm one of those who can't log in and have forwarded logs and a DXDiag to DDOmournlandsmailer@turbine.com.
    Maybe this is true, but I think we're entitled to what they offered us in the beta invite which is to actually log into the beta and test it and be eligible for prizes for being logged in... none of which we could do! Our only test consisted of finding a really bad log in bug which somebody said has been ongoing with this beta and the last 2 betas so by now this problem should have been solved!

    I get same login queue error.

    I tried to run dndlauncher.exe and turbinelauncher.exe from the game folder.

    Also tried to run both .exe files "As Administrator", but still not working.

    I can log in with username+password, but when I click on Play button it kicks back an error message.

    I am still getting the same thing, I am not sure what to do, I have uninstalled, reinstalled, changed this and that and STILL same server queue error.
    what am I missing?

    Yes I tried altering a few things but still cant get in 2 days now and seems my invite has been a waste of time here and in normal server.

    I have 2 things to ask:

    1) How many of you that have issues have installed the client on a custom location?

    2) I noticed that whenever I click on play on Preview after I have logged to live I get the 2 licence agreements that you usually see only once. That goes for the other way around, ie whenever I have logged in and clicked play on preview (although I get the usual error), the licence agreements will show the next time I try to login to live. This happens every time without fail. Should the launchers interact with eachother in this way?

    Yeah... I do love that digital prizes are still subject to physical location. If I'm honest, that's part of the reason I'm not too worried about not being able to log in right now.

    Maybe I'll win a prize for being patient!

    I still receive the queue error report although I have tried all the "fixes" that people have posted onto these forums....I have tried to log onto Lamannia since Friday the 26th...installed it 3 times....it is now Sunday morning, the 28th, at 9:00AM and still no t able to log in :~((

    I also went through the thread and found the different types of trial and error fixes.. nothing worked, I reinstalled the client as well.... 3 days of invite and I am unable to login.

    If you could just mark us all present for the contest...I think that would allay many peoples concerns.

    You should ask your legal department, but I think you are running dangerously close to having this promotion be an illegal lottery. You should have also posted an official rules for it in the email.

    Same issue - unable to login (though I tried several fixes, all were of no avail). Send the log file.

    Hi all,

    My husband was able to log in to his client after he updated his launcher, but when I tried it wouldn't let me, so we reinstalled it and now instead of the login queue error, all I get is "Lammania: Closed" on my screen,

    I wonder would it possibly be that he got an email invite to the closed beta and I didn't?

    I figured I'd download the whole mess again. I got the same "queue" error message as others the first time.

    Still downloading ............. again.

    Btw, I didn't receive my invitation until today.

    Default They won't even think about this until Monday

    and then they will have so many problems and bugs from those who actually made it into the BETA it won't matter. It's the result of an under staffed uncaring corporation that this game is being produced by. "How will this make us more money and how can we milk this cash cow just a little longer" is their only real question.

    All the while they will pat themselves on the back in celebration of the great job they are doing.

    Default Same failed to get in queue for server

    So I'm having that same problem, and I'm a little hurt, but what I'd really like to ask is that you let us play on Lammania after this weekend, once it's all fixed. I really don't care about the prizes, as I'd never have won them anyway, but I love beta testing for you guys, and you guys have made my life fun since I first joined. But please? I love playing on Lammy, I don't even care about the events or prizes. I want to help you guys, and you're shutting me out. That sort of thing didn't work out with any of my boyfriends either

    I got the email invite and I can't log in, getting the failed to queue for 3 days now.

As such I want to know what Turbine is going to do for those of us that do care about the prizes since we were promised access and now are not allowed.

    that is a good question. I would like to know myself. I have not been able to log in either and I a pre-purchase myself.

    Yup same issues here.... Can not log in.... well it was worth a try right?! I know everyone is working hard to figure out what the problem is (at least I hope they are)..... A little frustrated at the possibility to winning a lifetime VIP, even though I know I would not get it Hopefully this helps the devs figure out what is going on and are able to make it good for all later on.... Thanks everyone for the suggestions and it is really nice to see the positive within people supporting those who work so hard to make us able to play this game at all!!!!
