Your party entered the quest, talked to the Harper agent who cleared the rock, completed the quest, but when you returned to the entrance to get the Optional chests the rock had re-appeared?

I've always been able to walk back to the first camp for the chest there. If the invisible rock wall is blocking your way back, I'm wondering if there is a specific trigger for it such as completing a certain optional or some hireling bug. Are you saying the wall comes back up at some point after completion?

No problem running back after killing the boss, EH or EE, never done optionals though.

Mob variety was nice, those gnolls were tough to catch!

Frost Giant boss needs hp scaled way down (seems to be a theme in Stormhorns that red names have a ton of hp). Otherwise it was enjoyable.

Need more hints or something to attract players to doing the other optional, otherwise they could be ignored. Perhaps in the starting quest text?
Take the boulders dropping making it difficult for solo with a grain of salt. >.< I encourage any and all group play quests. Give it time, people will discover how to solo with that.

Let me finish my two sagas, let my xp pot expire then I'll go back later today or tonight and look the quest over very well.

But to repeat, have done this quest over a dozen times and after the boss fight we get our chest from killing the boss,
open it, then dimension door or leave the quest+renter to be able to access the location of the additional one to two chests
earned from kill supply line foes.

I was told about the DD system during the first week.

Oh, sigh, I could not reenter yesterday as I was soloing.
So, I'll have to get a party up for it.

Last time and time before we searched the walls for invisible rock to pass thru, there did not seem to be any.
Like I said, I'll look the terrain over again to see exactly what is wrong.

    False alarm.

Did not realize end fight location is very different from beginning location.
    Silly me, lol...

Group of players help me test it out very happily.

All is fine, optional chests were at the beginning.
