    Thumbs up

I really enjoyed this quest. It has a nice mix of mobs, well paced and challenging, without being annoying, boss fights.

Optionals are good too, but the xp for them (and the quest in general) should be higher. These are not fast quests, they should not give the same xp as Rusted Blades. More along the lines of Madstone or VoN 3.

Less assymetric and more straight forward. There are a few optional paths but nothing above and beyond.

I did this on EN and both the optional druid and the red named giant had tons of damage. Even worse the assassins seemed to be able to use their chains all the time - managed to almost wipe me and hirelings. It just kept on swinging doing enormous damage. My suggestion is that the red named giant gets a little less HP on EN and that you get a chest (if HP remains) for fighting him. Also - no chest for optional druid. You might want to consider adding a reward other then HP for dealing with him.

The end was a little annoying - the orbs flung you so far and popped up 3 times. It was a varied end fight for sure but getting flung across the entire map was somewhat excessive. I liked that you ended up fighting his familiar in the end and one can only hope that leads to players also being able to use familiars in the future.

Not a bad quests - fairly straight forward going from mob to mob with an okay end fight.

I really liked this one as a caster. The new Ruin feat worked well on the orbs, as it barely one shot them at 2700 damage on EN.

The boss fight was very cool, the orbs transitioning at 75%/50%/25%, with the last one spawning familiar dragon.

Druid gave me a chest, then 2 more at the end. Felt like there should be one after giant. The the 3 red named all had quite a bit of hp, such that if i were to do EH or EE, i'd have to spec shiradi to keep up, and out of the DC caster.

    Default Entertaining Quest

Pretty straightforward quest, similar to the ES Druid quests.

    Some comments;

    1. I found a total of 8 pages and was confused as only the last 5 five registered for the optional. The story line may give hints as to why 8 pages, but confusing for me because I don't read flavor story much... like probably many others.

    2. The first dialogue seems a bit jumbled up. At one point I had no task in the task box, and the overall flow of the first cut scene was choppy.

    3. Exit at the back of the quest is not working yet.

    Mustard
On Argo, Mustard comes free with all of these toons: Mustardseed, Temmple of Cogs, Dareios, Homunkulus, Omegara, Tritanium Onslaught, Mincepie, Bycycle Repairman, Stoutpole

    Default Where's the last page?

I ran back through the quest twice looking for the last page - no dice. I think it's bugged, but apparently others were able to complete the optional - wish I knew how.

Anyway, concur that the giant seemed to have way too many hps - he was no threat, just seemed to take a while to go down.

Also, fyi you only need to kill the orbs twice - the third time, killing the familiar takes them out automatically.

Yes, rear entrance not yet working.

    Default Giant? What giant?

I ran this quest twice today and didn't come across this red named giant either time. Fought the familiar pseudodragon and finished the quest but I am wondering why I didn't get this giant?

Plus, I did this quest out of sequence and now the saga is broken. Same thing happened to me in the prison.

Default Ran multiple times on different characters

The Shardar kai assassins chain attack is immense, nearly OP, on Normal and Hard. Did not attempt elite. Only possible to step back and ranged kill them. Attempts to melee them down resulted in death for hirelings and myself.

Druid did not give chest and was low XP for difficulty. End fight was fun w/ exception of assassins on second wave. Normal and Hard produce same # of chests. Overall XP was low for such a long quest.

    Map layout was good overall.

I noticed that myself; I ran all of the quests (on multiple toons) on EN just to concentrate on mechanics, bugs and such. And all the assassins hits for tons of damage. Personally I think it's because they have piercing and therefore crit a lot better. But the other thing is that they can keep smacking that chain around like crazy, even longer and moreso then your own Iconic.

I think they need to tone down the piercing a little bit; on EN it hits like a truck so I can only imagine how much worse it is on EH and EE.

Note also that the chests are buggy.

I've done this quest 4 times now. Twice the druid opt chest didn't show up, once it showed up before the encounter by where you get ambushed and once with the druid.

And another time a chest just showed up in the middle of the path for no particular reason.

Jumped into a group on this one with Kookie Kobold when it was part way completed, so I missed the beginning. Still, I'd say it was fun and quite challenging. Even with five people, including a dev, the party struggled to keep its health bars up on EH with only a hire for a healer. Things went much smoother once a real healer joined. The end fight was fun, and while I'm sure this could be soloed it was best run by a group with good teamwork, which is how all good quests should be. I'm a fan of this one, and will be happy to see it go live!

Just a comment on the endfight:

    Considering the orbs:
There is just too huge a difference between melee and ranged/magic ... for melees its neigh impossible to kill them as every other hit you are flung all across the room ... while one use of manyshot is enough to kill both orbs on epic hard solo ... just some food for thought

There are too many mobs in this quest. I completed EE and 'only' had an Onslaught bonus after killing 169 mobs. High mob density != difficulty or entertainment.

Also, the end fight where you have to destroy the pair of Nether Orbs four times isn't clever, it's aggravating and one dimensional. If I was a melee, I would have thrown my keyboard across the room in frustration. The devs can do better.
