Obviously you can swap feats around a bit - depends on your play style. I tend to focus on ranged damage and use webs for CC and with that in mind I might be swapping in ESF: Conjuration instead of Combat Archery and work in ways to beef up my web DCs for epic through Epic Destinies, but at this point (level 19) I still lock most everything down. There's also the argument to swap out Insightful Reflexes for Heighten to further improve Web DCs, I haven't tried it yet but again, I'm not in epic levels yet with it so I can't really judge how it'll perform. Based on experience, it should work fine in Epic Hards and probably have reasonable staying power in most EEs.
I maxxed out both the Recon and Acid spell lines. Gear will make this toon shine, but even with some fairly easy to get stuff at level he's definitely very functional and excels when in a party (locking down mobs so that the party can house em while dousing them with Acid Rain and a hail of crossbow bolts tends to just work). He also has full UMD and Rogue skills, Wizard buffs, some Arti buffs, and the flexibility to wear some Medium & Light armors while still casting with 0 fail chance. End game I'll have him decked in some sort of Blue Dragon Scale or possibly Black and probably running around in either Shiradi or Draconic. Ideally with a triple Earth Alchemical Heavy Repeater (not done yet!) among the usual Swiss Army Knife sets of other repeaters and rune arms.
If anyone has some ideas on tweaks & gear, I'd love to hear them.
