Downloaded DDO, set up my account, and went to start my first character. Got to the step where I could select a prebuilt spec or customize. Pressed the customize button and nothing happened. Couldn't alter my ability scores or set up my feats and skills. If I ignored that and continued on with the "Look" button or "Next" until the end, the program would freeze up.

Any thoughts?
