There is no such country as Ukraine in Billing Address menu. So i cannot buy Turbin Points in Ukraine using muy Visa credit card. Any suggestion how to solve this problem?

You could set up a PayPal account if you don't have objections to it, but it'll need to be verified and even then might not work. Or put in a ticket, but they made me fax them credit card details when I did that.

Yeah, for whatever reason, Turbine wants to make it difficult to give them money.

Is the Ukraine on the United States Denied Parties list? Honestly not sure but that could be the answer if it's not an oversight.
