If I have Power attack activated on my (18barb/2ftr) and i activate Rage it pops me out of power attack. I seem to be able to reproduce this bug at any time and in any location.

True. This happens for every barb I have spoken with. Fortunately, Power Attack can be re-activated after starting Rage, but it is still annoying.

had this happen to me too, and unfortunately if you dont see it, then you wonder why momentum swing and lay waste arnt doing anything

Another bug that is related to this (bug report submitted)
On live, you can use the Power Attack Feat icon on your toolbar, or you can use your Barbarian Enhancements that improve Power Attack on your toolbar, and both work identically.
On Lama, if you use the Enhancement icon on your toolbar, it won't let you use it while raged - you get the "You are too enraged to perform this action" error. The Power Attack Feat icon works just fine while raged. But if you don't know the difference in the icons, the combination of the two bugs would mean that you couldn't be in Power Attack stance while using barbarian rage.
Overall these bugs have a pretty high impact on playstyle and quality of life for Barbarians, who often have Power Attack on at all times and hit the rage button every 3-4 minutes while in quests. That means while questing, you hit the same bug every 3 minutes - that's very prevalent.

While you're at it: Power attack gets switched off when logging off (or on... can't tell which of the two it is for obvious reasons) while Precision does not.
They're both an active feat that influences your combat. I like it for it to stay switched on tho I have the feeling that it would break some code somewhere else as soon ass they touch it.
