    Default Need help understanding a build guide

    Hi all,

    I just got back to the game after a few years and found a build guide that looked good, but I'm having trouble understanding the enhancements section. The build is Fighter/Wizard and what's throwing me off is stuff like "Fighter Attack Boost (Highest Tier 2) + Fighter Haste Boost (Highest Tier 4)" because I checked the Kensei line and you have to choose between Haste and Attack boost and the highest rank in either is 3.

    Am I just misreading it and/or the enhancements tree? Or is this build just suggesting enhancements as guidelines? Or is it out of date? I really like the concept and playing as the character, so I'd like to keep using it, but the enhancement section is really confusing me.

    I think that build was prior to Update 19, over 2 years ago. Suggest you have a look around the forum build areas for something newer.

    The revision history says it was created in 2010 and the last significant modification (i.e, not typos / links) was early 2011. This definitely predates the enhancement pass

    Welp... I'll definitely check revision history when looking at builds now. Does anyone know any up to date warforged builds with a similar playstyle? My character's only level 2, but I'd like to keep going rather than starting over.

    i think you could have a lot of fun with a build focused on Eldritch Knight, because i built one to get as many cleaves as possible and it was fun! i haven't done warforged or fighter that much but here's something. usually i try to get wizard level 7 asap because it's death aura, you might want to delay the 2 fighter levels after that so you can get to wizard level 11 for reconstruct, but you won't be able to get IC: slash at 12, hard to say. good luck!
