    The item itself is alright, but I'm more interested in the 'Ghostbane' and the modified 'Stunning' properties I'm seeing~

    Thanks again Squeak. The EE version of the scepter feels very weak; please consider bumping up the base die to, 2.5[1d10], 20 crit range, and x4 base multiplier (as hardly any melee will use a mace this will make the item desireable).

    Agreed the mace is shocking... its threat range/crit multiplier make it a weapon no one is ever going to use for DPS purposes, yet it looks to be a general melee DPS weapon.

    I'm starting to feel we are seeing weapons aimed at undergeared Iconic characters and not weapons aimed at existing characters, this is bad imo.

    Shadakai = Shiv
    Morninglords = Sceptre
    PDK = Rapier thats a longsword...

    Just got to wait for an underwhelming Greatsword for the bladeforged next.

    Default Is this a global nerf on the stunning effect?

    My melee bard uses an item with the stunning effect. She doesn't have stunning blow or fist but likes the occasional independent stun effect inherent to the item. Is the stun effect changing globally or just locally for these items?
