I use balizarde/crystalline scepter. However, since the fire damage nerf, I'd recommend twilight again. Wizard's ward isn't very good IMO, you lose a spellpower element slot, and shiradi sorcs benefit a lot from all spellpower types. You also don't gain +6 to saves except when blocking, which is basically never.

Just go with Twilight. Most anyone holding Twilight looks bad-a** and it shows you are a true legend!

Ok more serious, Twilight and its corresponding set are a great addition IMO to a sorcerer. +450 SP, Spell Pen 9, +15 Psionic Spell Power, just from the set bonus, and +8 Char or Exceptional +3 plus everything on the Twilight itself make for a really nice combo. Also goes great with Blue Dragon Helm (gives you whatever the Trinket didn't).

Remember, that 120 Force spell power and 15 Psionic spell power give you an addition ~+135% on every magic missile and force missile for free. That can really add up! Not to mention, this is also an additional +135% damage boost on boulder as well as the amazing 7% chance at 2d100 force damage, making that random 170 damage turn into 400 damage.

But it really is your choice: if you like to really be in the middle of the action, or doing a ton of close-range soloing, then 4% dodge, improved saves, and an additional 10% reduction to elements can be a big plus! But when you are soloing quests with open areas to kite around in, or are running quests with groups where you can keep agro off of yourself or kill anything that gets too close, Twilight would be a good way to go.

I don't know, why not go with both and switch off depending on your situation! Best of luck.
