Default NEW Sagas - Too many Questions...

    • Quests completed prior to Update 19 have not been counted and must be replayed for you to qualify for the Sagas

Why? The game tracks what quests we have completed, you have them all listed right there on the favor panel, add them as a one time retro. Are you going to have another dumb command we need to type in for figuring out what quests we need in our saga, <sarcasm> id suggest /quest completed saga <name> because they work so well... </sarcasm>

Are the saga quest givers going to remember and tell us what we need? (the TOR ones don't) Since we simply cannot the 'P' button and look at what quests are completed how will we know? Can you add a new column to the 'P' Quest tab ans add some symbol for saga completion?

Are saqas 1 time only? can we do Casual/Normal/Hard/Elite for different rewards?
Wait, can you hear it? Is it? The worlds smallest vio..nah... nevermind... it can't be, its too small..

    Well, I just read the notes and your Questions are answered there;

New NPCs are available who are tracking the progress of a character through multiple quest chains and story archs! These NPCs are separate than favor patrons and quest givers. By completing all the quests in a Saga NPC’s list, you can earn an additional XP reward, Guild Renown, or a Skill Tome.

The quality of your reward depends on the difficulties that you completed each quest on

Quests that qualify for the Saga can be played in any order, and are counted automatically

You do not need to speak to Saga NPCs to start the Saga nor return to the NPC between quests

You only need to speak to the Saga NPC once you have completed all quests in a Saga to receive your reward

The Saga NPCs will list the quests necessary to complete their Saga

Past completions won't count, IMO, so that Beta testers cannot get a head start on completing a Saga over those that are not in Beta.

It's totally true, I have a reliable source. You better reroll now.

We don't get to keep our Beta characters, right? They don't end up transferring back to live or anything, as far as I know. Am I really confused?

    Sorry, I was not clear.

What I meant but did not articulate well is past completions will not and should not work for the fact that those in Beta right now can use the information about Saga's to go back to Live and start working the Saga lines, getting a head start on those that are not in Beta.

With past completions NOT counting, everyone is on even footing when this launches.

Again, sorry for not being clear in my thoughts.

No worries, and thanks for clearing that up. I was about to have my mind blown if I'd missed out on something that important : )
