currently sitting at 76 int and 67 necro dc but,

no bard buff +2
no litany +1
not drow +2
no cookies +4
no ddo store pot +2
only one epic int feat +1
only +4 tome (not 5) +1

theoretically could hit 89 int and 73 necro dc.
