Maybe it's just a rendering issue in my client, but I see no portcullis, just a stone archway. :P

Ditto, not portcullis, but wow, that's interesting. Thought it was a reflection to start with... trees reflected in the water, stones in the 'wall' appear to be reflected... but the broken bit at the centre bottom doesn't seem to match the top...

Could be broken bits in the water showing through the reflection.

This is NOT a portcullis, but the underside of the bridge to the Storm Horns in Eveningstar, care to explain Turbine....?

All right, all right! I hear ya. It's a stone bridge. Copy changed. The copy came from the person who sent in the screenshot, and was used without thinking enough about it.
