How to uninstall when DDO is not in Add/Remove Programs list?

Using Windows 7.

I want to uninstall and reinstall DDO. But when I look in Control Panel --> Uninstall or Change a Program, there is no "Dungeons and Dragons Online" listed.

From what I can tell, this is a registry problem, not a DDO problem. But either way:

1) Can you help me restore the program to the list?
2) If not, is there another way to uninstall it?

If you go into your Turbine folder, there should be a CleanUninstall.exe you can use to do just this.
