Cant re-install please help

i was having all kind of dc issues, so I tried do desinstal and reinstal. Only problem is now i cant reinstal.
I follow the desinstal guide and remove all folders. I redownloaded ALL 3 times now (2 times the standard and one time the highres).
What happens is this: when i run the dndsetup the lil window to select language appears and disappear the next second. No warning error or anything, just vanishes. Any ideas?

Well, does your Event Log have anything in either Application or System after you try it?

Is your user an administrator on the computer? Can you install stuff normally? Try holding shift key, and right clicking on the dndsetup.exe file and selecting Run as Administrator. See if that makes a difference.

I've had issues at work where the MSI installer becomes stuck and nothing will install with it. I'm not entirely sure how I fixed it, but I stopped the service, used a bunch of temp file cleaners and it started to function again.
