Thumbs down Please move end chest away from portal in Von 5.

Every time I run Von 5 I have to make extra sure I am clicking on the chest and not the portal. I do this with the right mouse button and I know it can also be selected with Q, but really it should not be that close to the portal.

Putting them virtually in the same space is idiotic. If someone uses the portal (instant, no cooldown) they lose all their end reward.

Its about as clever as someone putting a ddoor right in front of a chest. Its a 'd!ck move' as Australians might say.

I was focusing so hard on not clicking on the portal that as soon as I got my chest I clicked FINISH. If i wasnt thinking about something else I might have been more focused. My own **** fault, I know, but Ive thought this every single time I have done Von 5.

... and while this is being looked at, please fix the 'share quest bug'.

It'd be nice, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Then again they seem to be fixing/breaking other things I wouldn't think of them bothering to touch so who knows.

    Over all though

im no programmer, but if they can move an NPC 10 feet, why couldn't they move the chest 10 feet too? same with the Tor gold piles. I would think it would be one of those 5 minute changes, but I don't know. maybe they have no time to do it, its actually more complicated than we know or they don't see a problem with it.

Or maybe put a short timer on the portal, if that would be easier?

??? So what if you click on the portal. It opens a quest window for VoN6, which in turn requires you to click "Enter." It USE to instantly send you into VoN6 but that's been fixed for some time now.

I agree that it shouldn't be a huge issue. But I've seen two people in pugs over the last week going into EN von6 (instead of EH) and saying that they didn't mean to but did it by mistake due to pop-up.

So yes, it would be nice.

I'm still not holding my breath, though.

While I agree putting them in the same space is a PITA, it is impossible to enter von6 by accident. Using the portal is NOT instant, it brings up a standard quest window. That means you have to click, bring up a quest winder, and then actually click enter on the quest window. Hardly instant, and if you autoclick the window then it is 99.99% your fault.

Still, it should be moved, but your reasoning is dumb.
