WTS/WTT Stone Of Experience With No Minimum Level

I have acquired a stone of experience level 16 with it seems NO Minimum Level on it. This Stone of Experience can be used from shortcut bar to member in party or mailed. However, If I mail it you will probably have to mail it back at the time you want to use it as only the original owner I hear can use it. I am mainly looking for Rigby's Box Red Gelatinous Cube Pet, Draconic Soul Gem, Turbine Points.
