Overwhelming Critical Feat Requirements

The cleaves suck with TWFing. Odds are you're losing DPS using them. They are great with S&B and THFing so it's to your benefit to have them.

For TWFing it's wasted feats.

Please change this. You completely changed what this feat does in DDO and already altered the pre-reqs. Alter it some more.

What to sub in for Cleave/Great Cleave? I have no idea.

The main issue here isn't that Overwhelming Critical can't easily be taken by 2wf'ers. It's that 2wf'ers don't have a comparable feat to use in it's place (as well as bow users for the same reasons).

A few solutions come to mind.

Allow offhand % chance with all cleaves. I'm not sure why this isn't the case currently. Cleave is much better with a 2 hander as a result. This itself isn't such a huge issue. I don't mind cleaves and 2 handed fighting being a good combination, but again, there is no 2 weapon alternative to the cleave line and overwhelming critical. This, however does nothing to help bow users out.

The second solution would be to add a comparable feat that is more suited to 2 weapon users and has feat prerequisites that mesh well with that fighting style. Adding a feat that increases threat range by X and locks out overwhelming critical could be a good alternative. You get one or the other, but not both.

imo, I think taking the whole cleave line for OC is wasted on a FB barb. they get SC with FB II. with all the button mashing I have to do, I never use all the cleaves in epics. OC needs to be thought out better.
