Default DDO refuses to run on the correct monitor

I just hooked up a 2nd (smaller) monitor to my system primarily so that I could display web pages and so forth while gaming without having to alt-tab all the time. The problem is that DDO REFUSES to run on my big monitor--when I start it up, it ALWAYS runs on the smaller monitor. I don't want to play in windowed mode, so don't suggest it. I just want the game to run in fullscreen mode on my big monitor. Yes, I have the big monitor set to be my primary in my Windows settings. Every other game I run uses it just fine, only DDO wants to run in the smaller monitor for some reason and I cannot find any setting to tell it "hey, stupid, USE THE BIG NICE MONITOR".

Just out of curiousity, what happens when you set the big monitor to be your secondary monitor?

Just had another thought, I had an issue at work with some custom software some user was running. I had to switch the plugs of the monitors. The machine had 1 DVI and 1 VGA. the large monitor was VGA and the small was DVI. I had to switch the large to DVI and the other to VGA before the software would switch to the correct monitor.

I tried making the small one the primary and it made no difference--DDO just wants to run on the small monitor. How would I do that switching trick? Or should I try plugging both monitors into the same video card? I have 2--I was using SLI but DDO doesn't support that for spit so I was like, hey, I'll use this extra monitor to do my maps and junk on while I'm playing . . .

Go into windowed mode, drag game's window to the screen you want, go back to fullscreen mode.
