For the first time in my rouge's lives I cannot find a panel in the Lordsmarch quests Framework and Eyes of Stone. My search skill is at 36 and I checked the wiki which says for framework on elite 29:Success and Eyes of Stone 31-32:Fail, 33:Success

I know where all the panels are and they will not appear even when standing right next to them. Is anyone aware of Turbine making these harder with an update.
