    Default Take my money Turbine.....Please???

    So i haven't been play lately because my account has been downgraded to premium. Checked my account info the day i was supposed to be billed and for some reason turbine decided to move it to the next day. So i thought ok no worries, next day i logged in and notice i didn't have access to my druid. Went to check my account again only to see that it has been downgraded............So *** turbine

    I went to go check my bank account and saw that turbine was trying to bill me 8 times with all times failing. I tried to do it manually though my account and i got the "Failed to resume Purchase". This has never happen to me before since i finally became a Vip earlier this year using the $15 a month plan. Please help only thing i want to do is get back to gaming the way i like, just take my money and end this.

    Did you just get a new Debit or Credit card that is attached to your account for billing purposes? That's what happened to me when the expiration date on the card did not match the on on record (even though the number was the same). Once I updated the card info, it worked fine.
    Wait, can you hear it? Is it? The worlds smallest vio..nah... nevermind... it can't be, its too small..

    Thats not the case i believe every time i try to go vip my bank shows that its being reverse. so idk what the problem is still, i followed Cordovan's advice and submitted a ticket, but didn't get a reply back yet. When i get the time i will try and call cs

    Call them, don't email. I had this bug happen to me a few months ago when the bug appeared and they cleared it up within a day or two. You will probably sit on hold for an incredibly long period of time so plan on putting your phone on speaker phone and going about your other business. I was in the queue for over 30 minutes. Good luck
