Returning from a break, trying a Bard

Hey guys, what's up? It has been a very long time since i last logged in on DDO, and once again im back. So, celebrating my lame return, i've decided that im sick of being a pure caster, but also couldn't care less about being a pure melee or ranger. That's why i choose to play a bard, having roleplayed one in skyrim for half a year.
I have 32pt builds, Vale, Reaver's, zero tomes or money. I was thinking of making a pure bard Virtuoso (having read about the benefits of such prestige), but i have no idea whatsoever of how to build one nowadays. Not planning to play anything harder than vale, i want to be able to tackle such chalenges by cc, minor healing and, of course, some (even if laughable) dps.
Any suggestion is welcome, but i'd probably pay far more attention to those that make a suggestion within the parameters that i mentioned. Again, i have no money whatsoever (too much goes to my rent... so no gaming money), so buying stuff in RL it's not gonna happen. here's a pure virtuoso build, twf (as not to break fascinate for more than 1 mob at a time).
the feat Skill Focus: Perform is taken early in order to allow you to pick up virtuoso at level 6. you would probably want to swap it out for toughness once you're able to take the Bard Extra Song IV enhancement (which would also qualify you for virtuoso).
the level 18 feat is open, meaning you can take whatever feat you want at that slot without breaking the build in any way.
a 2nd toughness, magical training, empower healing, maximize, all valid options, to name a few.

first attribute level up should go into dex, the rest into strength.
