Default Fastest XP per minute quest - Dun robar or Wiz King

Is anyone farming EDs on wiz king instead of Rusted Blades? If so, do you do it on your own or in groups? In my experience two people hit red alert pretty fast. However, for a soloer wiz king can be as good or better xp than RB. 1 minute completion pic on EN:

    Neither, Impossible demands is faster.

Farming Rusted blades can get old fast. Wiz king is good if you can get 3 people who can each take a wing. But keep in mind you don't have to farm your epic destinies all in one life. Tr a couple times and you could finish farming it that way too.

Three towers in 1 minute solo (w/hireling) you must have been flying as it takes me at least 1 minute to clear the first room, let alone traverse the towers...

However, based on the Ship buffs and other buffs on the buff bar I'm more willing to bet this took between 5 and 20 minutes to do (and I'm leaning more towards 20 minutes) and the Quest Timer is still bugged.

I think 1 minute in quest report means anything between 60 to 119 seconds since you can certainly complete quests in 0 minutes. Rayium was on the first tower and I did grab the philactery straight away. Still, that's 17K per minute (at the very least) since tower guardian gives ~5K xp as well. I'd say the first tower is the one that takes longer - much more so if you got any means of ddooring. Ship buffs aren't much of an indicator since that run might have been the 3rd run on a row, or I might have gone to desert after doing a drow city ring run or w/e - I can't remember, nor does it matter. I do think you can grab a ss inside the treasure room with 55 minutes left on ship buffs - and that's accounting for running through the desert to quest entrance too. On that one though I was just doing another Rayium run and saw 1 minute on quest report and took the ss. I wasn't out to record the ss or anything.

For a realistic number, you would count from the time that you step in, until the time that you step ~back~ in for your second run. Measuring it from zoneing in to zoneing back in, when dual boxing I get a consistent 15.7x XP/min for House of Rusted Blades, without expensive potions running.

In Wiz King, the timer stops counting when you hit the phylactory. So you also have the additional time spent going down to the basement, where you took your screen shot, and then finishing out and reentering. Your runs will be of inconsistent length, with this case of picking the right tower the first time being the best possible outcome that you only get 1:3 times. When you factor all of these things in it is pretty clear that Wiz King is not a more effective XP farm than Rusted Blades is. However, Wiz King and Impossible Demands both make for pretty good second tier options if you are just plain sick and tired of Rusted Blades.

Timer stops when hitting the philactery ofc, as I said in previous post, but bear in mind that ss shows 28K xp and it doesn't account for killing the tower guardian for an extra 4K-5K xp. That's 32-33K xp for less than two minutes. Ddoor = no time spent running back to entrance (Mykail the Pious, lvl 11 fighter henchie, has lesser dragonmark of passage aka ddoor - though I didn't know that when I took that ss), and 1st tower is the slowest (you only have to clear the entrance chamber once). Each tower adds 10K xp from guardian + boss + gatekeepers optional. I think a dedicated group can squeeze 30K xp per minute (possibly more) in epic Rayium.

I, however, maxed out many destinies with that toon running House of Rusted Blades too, because your team doesn't screw up in RB like it can do in Rayium (like I said in first post), because you can sit back and relax, because Eveningstar has a lot more to do these days than Menechtarum, because you don't even have to chug pots or bring a hireling to clear your curses every so often (even though that hireling can't clear his -or her- own), because HoRB ED farming LFMs are by a far shot the most popular LFMs right now. Many reasons.

Again I will say you were flying through that first tower. I didn't even think about the timer stopping on completions, but you are correct, one could fly right to the end fight, utilize the sigil that avoids the guardian fight and kill the boss in under 2 minutes on EN.

However, this is dependent on getting the boss in the first tower.

Doing a group of 3 capable players can reduce the guess work, but my increase the time because of DI/Needing to clear.

Another factor is Speed. While Barbarians and Monk builds/splashes have built in speed and then there are the Speed boost classes, not everyone has that kind of speed. Advantage of RB is that even the only run that has to be made is not particularly long compared to Wiz King.

Another factor is Heroic Farming - Wiz King is one of the Favorite XP farms on Heroic levels, obviously the more it is farmed on Heroic the less its value is on Epic. RB does not have a Heroic version so is not plagued by the shared completion counter.

Totally impressed on your time of EN and it looks like you found a quest that will help you.

Also I was basing my time on your Jump buff as it compared to your Ship buffs.

Either cast at level 14 (belt) for 14 minutes or House P at 30 minutes, but I ruled out the House P because of your ship timers, the House P buff would have been closer to 6 minutes left and not just under 9 minutes.

I think Chain of Flame totally the best and underrated quest to farm ED. Takes second to get done, awsome exp.

Even if your statement was true... the run to get to the quest means I would generally farm something else

I have been farming ~80 second completions (including recalling and stepping back in, I track on my manyshot cooldown) on impossible demands for 16k per run (not counting any xp buffs). So it's pretty good too.
