I've spent a couple of hours reading posts and noticed a few objections to the duplication of enhancements on various trees resulting in having to pay for the same non-stacking enhancement multiple times.

I've also noticed a few objections to the required points spent in trees rather than just overall points spent.

Would it improve matters if all duplicate non-stacking enhancements are considered to be paid for after paying for one?

So if I pay for the "Summon Umbrella 1" enhancement in the "Oak Tree" then I also get "Summon Umbrella 1" in the "Pear Tree" and am considered to have spent the points in both trees.
