Do Rune Arms get Shiradi procs? If so is it per projectile? If so what is the best Rarm to use for multiple procs (which are has the most projectiles). Thanks for any info/experience.

Shiradi effects do not proc from rune arms.

If I remember correctly, the Devs wanted Shiradi to proc from rune arm shots, but had great issues writing the code for that. So I'm not sure they ever will proc for rune arms.
