It is good that your members truly are mature.
I am a freeper and my character is a L8 AA and has virtually soloed all the quests to get there. Normally I go alone because I am too slow to group with most players without slowing down the entire team. With good hirelings it has gone fairly well but I am starting to find quests like "The Pit" that require a group.
What I am looking for is a guild that is large enough to find characters of similar level composed of slow players that I won't slow down. My character is self healing and self buffing so I do not require much assistance. [I obrained my Silver Longbow by questing at L7 and killed my first Beholder using only 12 arrows at L8.
