Does Healing Spring Work On Self?

Couldn't really find a straight answer to this question, but looking for clarification before I commit. Does healing spring work on both self and allies? Or just allies?

Healing spring works on self and allies. It is a very useful ability. One thing to keep in mind that as you train new ranks, you will have to re-drag it to your hotbar.

Any friendlies caught in the AoE will be effected by it.. so friendly undead summons will end up with a DoT effecting them, and some stuff that cant be directly targeted can be effected too.
