    Default TWF 16bard/2barb/2fighter critic please

    this is my 1st character so it's a 28 point build

    Things I want out of this Build:
    1) being able to buff myself and if spell points allows, also my party

    2) ability to go toe to toe with all monsters in the game and come out on top with the right weapon and hirling

    3) a fun character that isn't just a buffer that can't solo, but also isn't just a melee character
    Questions and concerns:
    1)Not sure weather to dual wield dwarven axes or, go dwarven axe and hand axe

    2)my feat at level 9 looks to be extend spell but not sure weather to go oversized weapon mastery or perhaps magical training or what

    3)I don't get Bard Inspired attack III but im not sure what I would give up for those 6 enhancement points

    4) i throw all my skill points as a fighter/barb into jump as im not sure what else i should attempt to get heh

    Hi there and welcome

    Couple of comments. I would take Cleave instead of Two Weapon Defense. Without a shield your AC is never going to be that high to make the +2 bonus significant whereas Cleave will help you out a lot. Also consider when you stop Raging you are fatigued which might be a problem. Completely understand where you are going with the Barbarian levels but it might be better to take Fighter(4) and Weapon Specialization instead.

    Just noticed you didn't include Extra Song enhancements. If you drop Lingering Song IV and take Extra Song I & II the duration of three songs at +60%(+180%) is more than twice the duration of one song at +80%. You save 1 AP too.

    Hope you don't mind but I did a build based on the same theme that is more focused on the damage end using a Fighter(6) Bard(14) distribution. Fighter(6) for Kensai prestige class plus Haste II and Attack II action boosts. Kensai Favoured Weapon (Waraxe) and Weapon Specialization together worked out better than Rage.

    No tomes required but you will still need a +3 Charisma item to cast 3rd, 4th & 5th level spells. Cleave and Great Cleave at level 5 should make it fun to play. Without high Charisma it won't be fascinating anything so just Perform 15 (ranks) which is the requirement to use Song of Freedom. Chaotic Neutral for chaotic weapons and to avoid infernal damage.     See my Kublai Khan thread. Short version: you've got too much WIS & CHA, not enough STR; drop TWD; think about rejiggering your other feats so you can squeeze in CL/GC/OC chain.

    Note: while I enjoy the barb splash for the +10% run speed, 3 uses of Rage, and +1 Power Atk, I find I really miss having Evasion, particularly at higher levels; and now that Marilith Chain is light armor instead of med, I would consider swapping barb for rogue (a la Axesinger).
    Semi-retired Build Engineer. Everything was better back in our day. Get off my lawn.
