King's Forrest Random Encounters.

I have spent some time in King's Forrest this week, looking for Rare encounters. I have managed to complete 37/40 through 7500 Kills.

The following rare encounters I never was able to get to spawn:
Cleric's of Amaunator: #6
Druid's of King's Forrest: #4

If any have managed to get them to spawn, any insight would be appreciated. I.E. Time of Day, Area, maybe a pre-req?

Cormyr War Wizard's #8: The Hag's Prize is bugged and won't complete when successful. Happens everytime. Bug reported several times.

I haven't had much luck finding them either... they may be tied to the Hag's Prize.. i.e. completing the Hag's Prize initiates the possiblity for those 2 encounters to spawn.. much like the Hunter' Feast can spawn Old Big Red or killing a bunch of CR 1 animals can spawn the Wrath of the Dryad encounter.
