I rolled up a new character the other day and was checking out the founder's helm. It may not be the flashiest hat in my wardrobe but I dig it...just isn't very useful for very long.

I was thinking, how about changing it to cosmetic. I know on one of my characters I would rock it around Eberron.

Other items could be made cosmetic or perhaps made to allow the option of using it as cosmetic rather than equipment...the Robe of Shadows...some of the event based equipment.

EQ2 did a neat thing where they made it so any equipment could be used as cosmetics...which had me thinking along these lines.

Just an idea thrown out there.
