Interesting build idea Geoff thanks for posting it up, I do have a couple of questions though. Firstly I thought Weapon Finesse was broken and not worth taking, if it isn't then what does this feat bring to this build? Secondly the Heal skill, again I thought this only adds to how many hit points a character receives back after using a shrine so has this been changed to increase healing spellpower?

Weapon Finesse isn't broken. It's simply not needed for most builds unless Dex far outpaces Str as is the case with this one. Given her base stats and level-ups, she'll have a 21 Dex and a 10 Str. When base Dex reaches twice that of Str, Weapon Finesse is probably a decent option if the character will be engaging in any type of melee. She still won't do much damage, but at least she'll hit for weapon procs.
When the new enhancement system goes live, Heal and Repair will be factored in as Spellpower enhancers to the various cure and repair spells. I think (but this is what I've picked up on the forums so it might be inaccurate) that the current line of Life and Repair Manipulation enhancements will either be deprecated or severely reduced in potency.

Thanks for the answers
