Nay, server is still up. Launcher is b0rked. If you exit the game, you are out for good.

Well atleast I have other things to keep me busy
The game servers will be brought down from 1:30 - 3:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT) to apply a fix to our patching issue.
That was broken in the last patch update this morning
