Returning after being away from the game for years...need help logging in.

I left DDO prior to the game going free to play. I now have the time to play and am excited to see all the additions and expansions. I downloaded and updated the game but my original log in account says I do not have a subscription. Can anyone assist a returning player on how to log in to see their old characters?

You will want to submit a ticket to Account Support (or call them directly via the information in my signature). Please include as much of the following as possible:

• Username that you use to log into the game
• First and last name on the account
• Last 4 digits of the credit card on file
• Name of the credit card holder
• The billing address
• The current email address on file
• Your date of birth
• The product key you used to create the account
• The name of at least one character on the account
• The server the character is on

Please don't post any of this information here, only include it in your submitted ticket or during your phone call.
