Refresh Dragon Touched Armour

With every new pack, old stuff becomes more and more obsolete. Who is actually crafting DragonTouched Armour these days? Anyone?

While new stuff is good, Turbine needs to refresh older material that is no longer interesting. Perhaps even updates could be new material and odd numbered updates could be refreshes of old quests and gear.

Anyway...

Dragontouched armour is poor but there is an opportunity here to do something cool. Change the Sovereign, Tempest and Eldritch runes to Named Augments and give the armours 3 augment slots (colorless, blue & yellow). Might need to uprate the armour a bit too as it doesn't compete well with Dragonscale as it stands.

A simple change makes Reaver's Reach a busy place again and a 'must have' pack.

Dragontouched is pretty good for its level. Just some of the redundant runes need to be buffed.

Just make a full list of runes show up on third completion of all four quests, and I might consider farming refuge for a TR armor.
