Ok so here's the pitch:

1. New skins or even a glowy aura around epic swords, staffs, etc...
2. Why can't my toons have a cool skrillex hairstyle? like the concept art for marketing on The Shadowfell Conspiracy... since i've been playing, the cosmetics have more-or-less remained the same for character customization.
3. New, awesome, fresh, looks for items and gear. C'mon we need cool looking stuff to show off our hard earned work, pride, and ego! Twilight looks awesome btw...

I'd settle for competent developers over creative ones. Ones that can document changes correctly for release notes, don't let previously fixed bugs return or just fix bugs in general.
