Shield prr issue?

For some reason none of my characters are getting any prr from shields of any type.

My lvl 8 wf favored soul has 6 prr and 22 ac without a shield. When I equip his +2 heavy shield his ac goes up to 28, but his prr remains at 6.

My lvl 4 human paladin is having the same issue. He's got 24 ac and 10 prr in heavy armor, and his ac goes to 29 but his prr remains at 10 when he equips his +1 tower shield.

Before the update, I know both of these guys got some more prr and 4% doublestrike after equipping a shield, even without shield mastery, and for some reason that stayed even after taking off the shield. After the update, this isn't happening anymore, but now I'm not getting any prr from shields at all.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I'm not seeing my PRR bonus as well.

In addition to that, I'm not seeing an implement bonus (+15), but I do see a bonus to my spell power when I equip an item that gives an implement bonus... not sure about PRR but the implement bonus is just not giving the correct value.

The shield mastery feat is supposed to be what gives a shield its PRR and doublestrike chance. Without the Feats, shields should have never been giving anything besides AC unless there was an ability on the shield itself or unless you were benefiting from a Prestige Enhancement like Defender of Siberys or Stalwart Defender.

Given your only level 4 in paladin, it sounds like you were benefiting from a bug that was fixed in the patch or the victim of a display glitch.
