Missing Owlbear Defender Hireling - Legendary Upgrade Package

Hello!

I bought the Legendary Upgrade, and double clicked my ticket in-game, but only got the Owlbear whistle on one character. I used my first instance of my Legendary Upgrade Ticket on my lvl 25 Sorc, got all the items I was suppose to get except for the Owlbear whistle. This happened on all my other characters (both epic and heroic characters), except for the one iconic character I made. For some reason the Owlbear whistle only appeared on that character's inventory.

My husband said he got his Owlbear whistle on all of his characters (Epic, heroic and iconic) when he used his Legendary Upgrade tickets. I submitted a support ticket, but I wanted to see if anyone else was having the same issue. And if there was any work around for this.

Do you have hireling folders on your toon? If so the whistle will automatically go into them.

Make sure to check to see if it went into your Hireling Folder.

I was having a client slowdown issue at the time (really high latency, high packet loss, slow graphics rendering) so I was afraid that it might have been lost to the either. I restarted my computer and rebooted my router and modem. When my connection improved, I continued to try tickets on my other characters (even the ones without hireling folders) and got the owlbear whistle. I also went back to my characters where I had activated the ticket and they were there! In the end, I think the client just needed more bandwidth to update with server info.
