    Default Nice work help desk

    In spinner of Shadows. She's bugged and stuck and won't spawn back in. Put the help order in 2 hours ago and still no response. Wondering how long it will take. So I'll just keep getting other stuff done and see. I'd say 2 hours is already unacceptable but maybe not in their world?
    If the toon is named after a beer 17 of them are mine & 1 more not named after a beer (the black sheep of the family). Beware there are a few beer imposters out there. Unless the toon has been "Banned From All Guilds" it's a fake Beer_Dude. Fake Beer in your group leaves a nasty taste.

    I imagine they are being swamped. Things are missing from the preorder tickets. The preorder tickets had a glitch they had to figure out. Multiple groups in multiple servers are posting tickets for quests. We have no idea how many gms there are, how many requests there are, or how long the average assistance takes, or how many junk tickets they have to deal with. Mine have been about 5 minutes, for the dm to research the issue after I explained it and then fix it. So that's only 20 tickets an hour. I suspicion there are a lot more than that per gm during regular hours, let alone on the day after an update.

    And its' an old game, and I doubt warner bros is going to fund an army of gms for a game that no matter what they do is old and never had millions of players like wow to begin with. Especially since they didn't really want ddo or asheron's call, their primary interest in buying Turbine was Lotro.

    Meh 3.5 hours and they got to me. You do make some valid points.
